Jay Rembe, Ceo and Founder

A native New Mexican, Jay Rembe has over 19 years of experience in the New Mexico commercial and residential real estate industry. He began his career as a commercial real estate broker with CB Commercial in 1993 where he specialized in retail brokerage. In 1997 he was invited to join Maestas and Ward Commercial Real Estate as a partner, where he continued to specialize in tenant/landlord representation and investment opportunities. After developing an 11-lot residential subdivision in Albuquerque’s North Valley and a 4,000 square foot strip center at the primary entrance of a major power center on the city’s West side, Jay recognized there was a lack of well-designed, innovative urban development projects in Albuquerque. In 2001, he created Infill Solutions Urban Design and Development.

As a founding board member of the Urban Land Institute’s New Mexico chapter, Jay helped promote the organization’s goals of education, sustainability and best practices in land use and development in New Mexico.

Jay graduated from the College of Wooster (Ohio) with a degree in Spanish. He is married to Jolene Brunacini Rembe and has a son Jack, 12, and a daughter Claire, eight. Jay’s affiliations include:

  • Founding board member, ULI New Mexico
  • CARNM member
  • Former trustee at Bosque School
  • Qualifying broker at Rembe Properties
  • Albuquerque Railyard Advisory Board member
  • Member of selection committee for Albuquerque downtown grocery story RFP
  • President of the Bona Terra HOA
  • President of Pacheco Lofts and Villa Firenze HOAs
